Tax Associate

Full-Time and/or Part-Time Tax Associate

Growing CPA Firm looking for Full-Time and/or Part-Time Tax Associate from middle to end of Januarys until the end of Tax Seasons in mid-Aprils and Limited-Part-Time the rest of the year.

I have always required our Tax Associates to have prior tax return preparation experience.
This year we are going to experiment.

We are looking for any good folks out there who may be interested in working more than just one Tax Season and learning how to prepare taxes. We will use my 36 years of experience to teach you the way our firm prepares tax returns.

During Tax Seasons,
Full-Time is preferred,
but Part-Time would be considered.

Outside of Tax Seasons,
Limited-Part-Time based on the inflow of Tax Returns to be prepared is preferred,
but not wanting to work outside of tax seasons would be considered.

Requirements, but not limited to:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Some Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
• At least have prepared your own tax returns in the past
• Work well with our current team

This is a family friendly work environment.
No required late nights or weekends, even during Tax Season.

This is not a remote position. Our office is located in Bartlett, TN and all the work will be done in the office.
