Office Associate

Full-Time and/or Part-Time Office Associate

Growing CPA Firm looking for Full-Time and/or Part-Time Office Associate from first of February until the end of Tax Seasons in mid-Aprils. Full-Time is preferred, but Part-Time would be considered.

The Office Associate would mainly help us with :
• backing up the main Office Associate that works in the front
• a lot of my emails
• the flow of clients and their tax info, including organizing and scanning client tax docs
• answering phones, filing, and other office duties as needed.

Requirements, but not limited to:
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Some experience working in an office environment
• Work well with our current team

This is a family friendly work environment.

No required late nights or weekends, even during Tax Season.

This is not a remote position. Our office is located in Bartlett, TN and all the work will be done in the office.
